Team Kellenbrook is rooted in excellence, integrity, and shared ambition. Led by aunt-and-niece duo Kelly Irving-Burris and Olivia Martz, the program blends international experience with next-generation competitive success to develop confident riders and exceptional horses.

Kelly Irving-Burris
Head Trainer & Founder  

Kelly Irving-Burris is a USDF Bronze, Silver, and Gold Medalist and accomplished international dressage competitor. With decades of experience in high-performance sport, Kelly brings elite-level expertise, classical foundation, and a deep commitment to horsemanship to every aspect of Kellenbrook Farms.

Having competed successfully at the highest levels of national championship competition and on the international stage, Kelly understands what it takes to develop both horse and rider for long-term success. Her training philosophy is rooted in correct biomechanics, progressive development, and the cultivation of confident, independent riders.

Kelly is especially passionate about youth development. Under her guidance, Kellenbrook riders have earned Regional Championships, national medals, and international team placements. She is known for her ability to balance competitive ambition with thoughtful, individualized coaching that prioritizes both rider confidence and horse welfare.

Beyond the arena, Kelly founded Kellenbrook Farms on a shared vision of mentorship, excellence, and character-building through horsemanship. Today, she continues to lead the program with integrity, discipline, and heart — developing educated horses and prepared riders who succeed both inside and outside the ring.

Olivia Martz

Dressage Trainer & Instructor 

Olivia Martz is a nationally recognized dressage rider, trainer, and instructor at Kellenbrook Farms. A proven competitor on the national stage, Olivia brings elite-level experience into every lesson and training ride.In 2021, Olivia won the 13 & Under National Dressage Seat Medal Final and went on to earn four individual medals in the FEI Children’s division at the Festival of Champions. She also secured the Bronze Medal in the 14–18 Dressage Seat Medal Finals, demonstrating both consistency and versatility across divisions.

Olivia holds the distinction of earning the most medals from the North American Youth Championships (NAYC) in USDF Region 6 history. Her NAYC achievements include:

• 2023 – Team Gold Medal 

• 2024 – Individual Silver Medal

• 2025 – Team Bronze Medal

• 2025 – Individual Bronze Medal

Olivia is the only rider to receive The Style award twice in 2023 and 2025. The Style Award elebrates one rider from each discipline recognizing their “style” throughout the week. Not only while mounted, but also in the form of manners and overall demeanor around the competition grounds and at the organized functions. In addition Olivia was selected to participate in the prestigious USEF Emerging Athletes Program, identifying her as one of the top rising young dressage athletes in the United States.

As a trainer, Olivia combines competitive precision with thoughtful horsemanship. Her program emphasizes correct fundamentals, biomechanics, and the development of confident, independent riders. She works with motivated youth riders, competitive juniors, and developing horses, focusing on long-term success and partnership. Olivia’s approach is rooted in discipline, kindness, and technical excellence — qualities that define the culture at Kellenbrook Farms.

Adrian Pina 

Farm Manager

Adrian serves as the Farm Manager at Kellenbrook Farms, overseeing the daily care of the horses and the upkeep of the grounds. With a strong attention to detail and a deep respect for animal welfare, Adrian ensures that each horse receives consistent, thoughtful care and that the facility is maintained to the highest standard. His steady presence behind the scenes helps create the safe, professional environment that allows Team Kellenbrook to thrive.
